Racial justice at the Justice Department? Not on this watch.

It would be so easy for  Attorney General Holder to make the ornery Christian Adams eat crow. Instead, Holder seems determined to prove him right.

Adams is the former Justice Department lawyer who told Congress that his colleagues treated cases of racial bias against white people with “open contempt.”

Most famously, the case of electoral intimidation against two members of the New Black Panther Party who brandished weapons and issued threats at a Philadelphia polling booth the day Barack Obama was elected president.

This is the same New Black Panther Party that issued a $10,000 reward for the capture of George Zimmerman, dead or alive. The same party that said they wanted to mobilize 10,000 black men to bring Zimmerman to justice. “He should be fearful for his life,” said a party leader.

One of the 10,000 men, apparently, is Holder. This week, Holder told several national news outlets he was still trying to figure out how to indict Zimmerman for hate crimes — even though a jury found him not guilty of attempted murder.

Even though he has been trying for two years.

Adams documented the racial bias in the Department of Justice with his best selling book, Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department.

“If Holder really were interested in enforcing civil rights laws for all Americans, he would be able to produce cases that shows he is doing just that,” Adams said. “But he cannot. Because he is not.”

There are plenty of recent cases of race-based violence that Holder can choose from. A sampling.

In Brooklyn a few weeks ago, ten black people surrounded a car, then beat the two white occupants, a husband and wife. They even called them racial names, as in “Get those crackers” and “get that white whore.” All in front of witnesses in the middle of the day.

The Brooklyn DA says he will not file hate crime charges.

In New Haven, a few days before that, 500 black people attending a party called “An All Black Affair,” destroyed property and rioted in a downtown restaurant. Then outside. Then in two more restaurants. Not only are there no hate crime charges, New Haven police did not arrest anyone for anything during these rampages.

Race was the central organizing feature of the party — and the riot.

A few days before that in St. Paul, a car full of black people robbed and assaulted a white woman. They called her a “white bitch” while holding her down so one of the assailants could urinate on her.

A few days before that in Tacoma, a car full of black people shouted racial expletives at white two soldiers. Soon one soldier was dead from a knife. No hate crime charges have been filed.

A few days before that in Pittsburgh, a group of black people pulled a white woman from her car, and while beating her, yelled Shut up white [expletive].’ The other said, ‘Get that white [expletive].”

A few days before that in Cleveland, mobs of black people were targeting gay bars and assaulting the patrons — verbally and physically — over a several week period. CNN anchor said being gay was just about the worst thing that a black person can be.

Now made even worse by an attorney general who will not prosecute hate crimes against gay people — some of whom are black.

In Iowa, yes Iowa, hordes of black people beat white people in and out of the Iowa State Fair for three nights in a row in 2011. A police report says some of the people involved were chanting “Beat Whitey Night.” It only takes a few magic words to turn a vicious assault into a federal hate crime. And that seems to fit the bill.

Nothing from Holder.

The same thing happened a few weeks later at the Milwaukee State Fair: Except this anti-white riot played itself out in public when local media broadcast the panicked 911 calls of black people beating and terrorizing white people. One call they have not heard in Milwaukee: The Attorney General’s call for the enforcement of hate crimes against white people.

That same summer, in Wisconsin, a group of 50 to 100 black people looted a store — all on video. Soon they came upon a few white kids at a nearby park. They beat them badly. At one point, a black woman was standing over a white woman and she motioned to her friends to look down at the ground. “White girl bleed a lot,” she said. Laughing. They laughed too.

This is is a very long land very recent list. Many of the cases of racial violence are documented in White Girl Bleed a Lot: The Return of Racial Violence to America and How the Media Ignore It.  The books lists more than 500 examples of racial violence in more than 100 cities. And how the press ignores, condones and even denies it.

Some are hate crimes because they use the language hate crime laws require. Some are not, but are still explicitly racial. Either way, it is a target rich environment for a Justice Department that so far, seems oddly unwilling to follow federal hate crime laws — if that is, the victims are white. And the perpetrators are black.

Just like that ornery Christian Adams said.

Austin Hipsters on black mob violence: ‘We are color blind.

The white hipsters of Austin want us to know that race had nothing to do with the 200 black people who fought, destroyed property and threw rocks at police a few days before Halloween.

White people do it all the time, said Katie Friel, who writes for Culture Map in Austin. But the only time anyone calls it a riot is if it involves a large number of black people, she says. She pointed to a 2011 punk rock concert where mostly white fans tried to tear down the chain link fence. Police sprayed pepper gas. No one said that was a riot, she said.

“If Austin wants to grow into the creative, supportive, progressive community we claim to want to be, we need to stop thinking, seeing and reporting in black and white,” she said.

Highland Mall: Was it a “riot” because they’re black? – CultureMap Austin

Which is strange because none of the local media reported what witnesses, Twitter, Facebook, night-vision videos and other internet sources revealed: Everyone involved in the Austin mayhem was black.

Police: Multiple arrests made at Highland Mall | www.statesman.com

The Austin Statesman was merely following the advice of a recent article in the monthly magazine of the Society of Professional Journalists. The topic was how to cover racial violence. The advice? Don’t.

The riot that was not a riot began the Saturday night before Halloween at the annual House of Torment in the parking lot of the Highland Mall. Police arrived to find 200 “unruly” teenagers roaming the area, fighting in at least five different places.

When police ordered them to break it up, they threw rocks instead. Several rioters urged fellow miscreants to bigger and greater acts of violence. It took every officer on duty in Austin more than two hours to bring the violence under control. Not before dispensing generous amounts of pepper spray. Four black people were arrested and charged with crimes ranging from rioting to using a fake ID.

Seven people were treated at the scene for riot-related injuries. Much of the violence took place under a grainy black and white, night-vision police video from a helicopter that monitored the violence.

Video of mall riot shows punches, unruly crowd | kvue.com Austin

Police said they did not know why so many black people were rioting. One spokesman said the rioters were “silly.”

That is a different excuse than what we heard from a similar episode of black mob violence at a recent showing of a scary movie in a suburb of Rochester. There, a police spokeswoman explained why 500 black people were fighting in and outside of a scary movie:

“They have pent up energy from being scared in the movie theater and they come out and they don’t know what to do with that energy,” said Lt. Jonna Izzo to Rochester News 8.

Articles: The Blood Flows in Rochester

So they riot.

Local police did not offer up that explanation here. Perhaps because promoters of the haunted house said none of the rioters were customers of the House of Torment, where ticket prices begin at $25.

Or maybe the ticket price is what scared them. If we depend on the sketchy local media, we may never know.

The Austin Statesman and other local media dutifully neglected to report that everyone arrested and everyone involved in the mayhem was black. Many commenters to local news sites pointed that out, but most of these remarks were removed minutes after going up.

The comments blasting the censored remarks as being racist were allowed to remain.

But at least the brave hipsters at Culture Map opened it up for some straight talk. Said one reader:

“Serious question: how you gonna write about this story and leave out the fact that Highland Mall has previously called police to disperse large, mostly black crowds? Were you not here during Texas Relays a few years back?”

For non-Austinites, here is what he is talking about: In 2009, the Highland Mall and several other local businesses closed in advance of the Texas Relays — a state-wide track and field event at the nearby University of Texas.

The Austin Chronicle said the Texas Relays caused “flares of uptight resistance to the annual influx of thousands of mostly African-American visitors. The sparks raised questions – again – about the city’s too often less-than-progressive track record on race.”

The president of the local NAACP weighed in, accusing the mall owners of racism. And accusing the city of not living up to the standards for black people it created in the city council’s African American Quality of Life Initiative from 2005.

Others pointed to the track record of racial violence surrounding the Relays and compared it to the rolling racial violence of Freaknik in Atlanta — another annual gathering of black college students that the black mayor, black police and black city leaders ran out of town 13 years ago because of the large-scale violence, destruction and fights with police.

This mayhem at the Texas Relays and the House of Torment is part of a pattern of black mob violence documented in White Girl Bleed a Lot: The Return of Racial Violence to America and How the Media Ignore It.

One security guard told wrote about racial violence at the Highlands Mall:

“I worked as a security guard last year during the relays and there were fights verbal and physical between rival schools, numerous instances of racial discrimination against whites, theft, police officers assaulted, Then someone shot off a gun in there and the police finally shut down the mall early. Why are these not mentioned or addressed by the NAACP or Austin City Council?”

Meanwhile, Richard Boland of the Peaceful Streets Project is urging anyone who feels police were too rough with the rioters to file a complaint with the NAACP or the Austin Chapter of the ACLU.

As for the mall, racial violence will soon be a thing of the past there. All the anchor tenants left long ago. One of the owners filed bankruptcy. And it was recently sold to a Austin Community College for office space and classrooms.

WhiteGirl_wtih_Badge_R14A preview of a WND.com story:

When a mom and daughter were kidnapped, forced to withdraw money from an ATM, raped, then shot last week, the Indianapolis Star played it by the book:  Do not mention the suspects are black.

Police now believe the same crew is responsible for a similar home invasion, one week before.

Thieves shoot 1 woman, assault 2nd woman in robbery at Indianapolis home | Indianapolis Star | indystar.com

The “book” in this case is written by the Society of Professional Journalists, headquartered just three miles from the scene of the crime. In last month’s issue of the SPJ monthly magazine, the oldest and largest organization of journalists in America reminded its members how they should report racial violence.

Don’t.

The SPJ story was just repeating what dozens of chapters around the country tell its members in regular seminars: Unless someone is considerate enough to wave around a sign saying “Kill Honky” or issue a press release or utter racial expletives in front of lots of witnesses, the fact that the suspects just happen to be black has no bearing on the story.

Never mind that when Indianapolis police dispatchers take a 911 call, one of the first questions they ask is about race.

Never mind when these same dispatchers talk to patrolmen on publicly accessible scanners, one of the first pieces of information they broadcast is the race of the suspects.

Never mind that Indianapolis is the scene of dozens of recent examples of black mob violence, though you would not know it from reading the Indianapolis Star.

Many of these episodes are downtown centered around the gleaming but increasingly empty Circle Mall. Many are connected to the Indiana Black Expo held every summer. And when police flood the zone to prevent more black mob violence downtown — with helicopters and horses and SWAT teams — the miscreants sometimes take a bus to a local mall, and create violence and mayhem there.

Many of these episodes of black mob violence are on video. Many are documented in White Girl Bleed a Lot: The Return of Racial Violence to America and How the Media Ignore it — which has an entire chapter on Indianapolis.

To be fair, Indianapolis is not remarkably different from Kansas City, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Chicago, Baltimore, St. Louis, Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Greensboro, Rochester, Richmond, Miami Beach, Fresno, Louisville, Memphis, Greensboro, and more than 100 other centers of regular and intense black mob violence: The papers in those towns are loathe to report it as well. They say they are color blind.

These are the same papers that every day run stories about black caucuses, black churches, black colleges, black TV stations, black expos, black radio, black newspapers, black blogs, and on and on.

But black mob violence? Not a thing.

People in Indianapolis are wondering why: They question why the paper is so heavily invested in refusing to let their readers know that black mob violence exists exponentially out of proportion in their town.

Daniel Lee is just one of dozens who left comments at the IndyStar.com and other web sites:

The Star won’t publish the suspects’ race unless it’s part of a “detailed” description including clothes, hairstyle, Italian or German-style boots, hoop or stud earrings, buttons, snaps or hook-and-eye fasteners, plaid or paisley, earth-tones or vibrant joyful colors, full description of every visible tattoo, etc. It’s their way of avoiding what they consider the racism of call black suspects “black.”

Johnny West piled on:

It is completely irresponsible for the Star to not have a description of the suspects included in this story.

This story is useless to the community without a timely description. If police did not release a description, that should be noted in the story.

David Hogan noticed a pattern:

I do not understand why the INDY STAR will not release a description of the suspects. According to IMPD, 4-5 black male suspects, one of which who was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, were involved.

I got this from channel 8 news site. Bill McClerry is the reporter on this story. Hey, Bill if you are reading these comments can you please explain why the INDY STAR does not releasing a physical description other than maybe height and age of the possible suspects.

I think it would be helpful to get a reason behind this critical omission of facts surrounding this and other stories the paper has reported in the past. By the way Bill, great description of the victims’ home, a two-story brick colonial and vehicles that where stolen as if we the public needs that piece of info.

And on and on it went until Alvie Lindsay, the “News and Investigations Director” at the Star stepped in to explain it all.

Lots of questions here about descriptions of suspects. We are working to update the story. If and when we have a detailed description of the suspects — and not merely race and gender, but something that could reasonably help the public identify individuals — that information will be included.

Bill, our reporter, just talked to the IMPD spokesman who said there are no other such details at this point. It’s actually not clear, he said, how many suspects were involved. No age range has been provided, either.

After reading the story, several commentators mistakenly came to believe that these details were not available. Or that the victims were not aware of the racial identity of the suspects.

Said Barbara Grasher Howard: “Did you not read the article? It clearly said the victims weren’t able to recall details. Police are hoping they’re more able to do so once the trauma is somewhat past.”WhiteGirl_300x250_01

Which is not true. But at least the Indy Star allows some comments on the topic. Other daily papers often do not. Or close comments altogether when the subject is racial violence.

The Indy Star may refuse to report on racial violence, but lots of people know about it anyway.  Abdul Hakim-Shabazz is an Indianapolis attorney and community activist who has heard it all before. Writing in Indiana Barrister, Hakim Shabazz says it is time to take off the blinders and confront the racial roots of the violence and lawlessness in Indianapolis.

Indianapolis, you have a problem. Your problem is young, black men who are out of control … It’s time to step up and start making examples out of people.

Decent citizens black and white should not have to live in fear of urban terrorists.

The Indy Star and the SPJ will let us know when they want us to know. If ever. Meanwhile, over at the SPJ headquarters,  of the 35 people staffers and members of the board or directors, none is black.

These are just some of the hundreds of examples of racial violence and lawlessness in more than 80 cities around the country as documented in my book: White Girl Bleed a Lot: The return of racial violence to America.

I just sent this email to police reporters and editorial writers around the country. Let’s see what happens:

Dear WHATEVER,

So I write a book about black mob violence and how the press ignore it.

White Girl Bleed a Lot.

Thomas Sowell liked it. So did Allen West and lots of other people.

But cops like the book the most by far. I wrote a story about that for Front Page. Black Mob Violence and Denial | FrontPage Magazine

Even better, I get tons of letters from cops saying people have no idea how bad the black mob violence is — that is why they give out my book.

Thought you might want to see a few of them. Bet they would talk too.

Wait just a minute, Temple University. Don’t go getting all huffy just because a black guy beat and robbed an 81-year old white professor.

Clearly, the folks running this part of the campus —  the ones creating such a stir about this recent robbery — have no idea what is happening in the other part.

Temple University professors solved the problem of black crime eons ago.

They were were proud to talk about it then. And many times since on local TV and radio. I’m not sure why we did not see the same intellectuals  on TV just now — explaining to all those under educated reporters why the old white dude got beat up.

It was just two years ago when Philadelphia was in the midst of a particularly nasty streak of black mob violence and black on white crime when Temple decided to do something about it. ‘Which streak was that’ you wonder?

Whichever you choose, people got hurt way worse than the old white professor. Broken legs, broken jaws, brain injuries, even death. Of course death. In epic amounts.

That is why Temple hired three people with “street cred.” That is, long criminal records. Including a gentleman by the name of Brandon Jones.

I did not have to check Mr. Jones’ intellectual pedigree. The journal Diverse Issues in Higher Education furnished it for us:  “Brandon Jones knows the streets of South Philadelphia, and he understands what his young clients are going through in their daily lives. He can Brandon understands the high energy level of youths and the need “to blow off some steam.” He says the unrest, however, is fueled by a lack of jobs and community activities.”

And whose fault is that? Certainly not the guy who snuck past security and tried to kill the old white dude sitting in his Temple university office.

Because Brandon spends all his time on the street keepin’ it real with the fellas, he probably has not had the time to bone up on the academic specialty that Temple is known for around the world: Critical Race Theory.

Critical Race Theory says two things: One, white racism is everywhere. Two, white racism is permanent. White racism explains every difference between the races.

Including crime. Especially crime.

Which, in a way, makes a lot of sense: Even liberals were getting tired of talking about the same old stuff for 50 years. Stuff that just made everything so bad even they were starting to notice. You know what I’m talking about: family, illegitimacy, crime, education, jobs, income, drugs, welfare, entitlements and blah, blah, blah.

That’s all off the table now. Today its all about white racism and Critical Race Theory.

Many of these books on Critical Race Theory are published at Temple University Press and used in Temple University classrooms. I’ve read several of them.

That’s why I’m not overly concerned about some 81-year old white dude who claims he got slapped around a bit. Maybe he was trying to sell his assailant crack.

Critical Race Theory says the only reason the white dude was getting slapped and the black dude was doing the slapping is because of white privilege that allowed the old white dude to occupy the cushy professor’s office in the first place.

The same theory explains that Temple failed to provide the alleged robber with the recreational, professional, family, educational, financial and legal assistance to get him a cushy teaching job at Temple.

That’s how the blood got on the doorknob and the black guy got on all the grainy police photos.

I don’t want to say the professor had it coming. But let’s face it, without white privilege, he never would have been there. So whose fault is that? Now do you finally know what the President meant when he said “he didn’t build that?”

Cool.

I don’t have anything against against old white dudes. But let’s keep it real: Sometimes they deserve it. Just ask Philadelphia lawyer and family court judge Wayne Bennett.

Bennett was quite unhappy with Thomas Sowell for writing a glowing review of this crazy-ass book called White Girl Bleed a Lot: The Return of Racial Violence to America and How the Media Ignore it.

Sowell liked it so much he wrote two columns about it. Allen West liked it enough to post it on Facebook for 660,000 of his closest friends.

The crazy author of White Girl Bleed a Lot says there is a lot of that going around: Black people beating up old white people. And reporters are pretending it never happens.

Judge Bennett explains it all in just about the best summation of Critical Race Theory you can find in Philadelphia in or out of  Temple University.  All on his blog, The Field Negro. Which is quite famous in the black blogosphere: Quoth judge Bennett: “No matter how violent some young black punks act and wild out towards groups of white people–or a single white individual, it will never make up for all the violence that was practiced against people of color throughout this nation’s history.”

Got it?

Intermittent Color Blind Syndrome: Why So Many Editors Have it.

Most episodes of black mob violence are not this convenient: Unwitting predators hurling racial expletives. In front of witnesses. In broad daylight. On a busy street corner.

But that is what happened in Brooklyn earlier this month when a black mob assaulted a young white couple. Some cases of racial violence are so blatant and horrific even the most determined editor cannot ignore them.

But other than that, most editors say they do not report black mob violence because they have no evidence of “racial motivation.”

That is what the editor of the Virginian-Pilot said after a mob of 50 black people beat two of his reporters — and he did not even run a news story on it.

These are the same editors who find racial motivation in a steady stream of stories about black caucuses, black churches, black colleges, black businesses, black TV, black radio, black music, black neighborhoods, black history, and other race-based institutions.

But when it comes to an epidemic of black mob violence, these same editors develop a sudden case of protanopia: Color blindness.

Many of these episodes of black mob violence over the last two years are documented in the new book, White Girl Bleed a Lot: The Return of Racial Violence to America and How the Media Ignore it.

Some happen just a few days ago.

In Jackson, Mississippi, a group of black teenagers killed a white senior citizen. A veteran of World War II. The second such attack and murder of an 80-something year old veteran in two months.

Did you read about it? Or anyone connecting the two killings as open season on old white men?

In New Haven, 500 black people attending a party called “An All Black Affair” were fighting and destroying property in and out of a downtown restaurant. Then they took it outside to two other venues, leaving violence and chaos in their wake. No one was arrested. Police were too busy with crowd control, we are told.

all black affair flyer-260x391

Did you you read about it?

How about the 200 black students at the Virginia State University who rampaged through the campus, assaulting people and destroying property. One person was stabbed. One arrested. At Howard University, 9 black people were hospitalized after a riot broke out at a homecoming hip hip concert.

Did you read about that?

How about the group of black people who tore through a New Jersey commuter train, sending four people to the hospital after beating and robbing them?

Or the group of black people at the University of Minnesota who robbed and assaulted four separate groups of white students last weekend? Racial violence is an every day fact of life in the Minneapolis area.

Did you read about that?

How about the thousands of black bikers who converge on Fresno twice a year? When they met earlier this month, 13 people were shot, one fatally. The Washington Post said it was a multi-racial gathering. People who were there called it the West Coast version of Black Bike Week.

Read about it?

This list is very long, very recent — and very incomplete.

More people, perhaps, read in the New York Daily News about black mob violence on the young white couple. Only to have the paper dismiss any notion that race had anything to do with the violence. Just some teenagers, said the paper, quoting one of the locals. Race had nothing to do with it.

A year ago, in National Review, Thomas Sowell said he did not know how bad the problem of racial violence was until he read White Girl Bleed a Lot. “Reading Colin Flaherty’s book made painfully clear to me that the magnitude of this problem is even greater than I had discovered from my own research. He documents both the race riots and the media and political evasions.”

Today, I realize I did not know how bad it was one year ago.

Judges and professors know it. Last year in Chicago, a judge ruled the city had to pay $22.5 million because it released a white woman from jail into a black neighborhood, where she was pushed or jumped out of a seventh story window.

In his ruling, the judge cited Routine Activity Theory — R.A.T., which says that white people can routinely expect violence if they find themselves in black neighborhoods.

A professor from Harvard spent all day on a Chicago witness stand talking about it. Ever read about R.A.T.?

That’s why I wrote White Girl Bleed a Lot: The Return of Racial Violence to America and How the Media Ignore it.

The book documents one epic act of black mob violence — and media denial — after another. More than 500 cases in more than 100 cities. Many on video.

Not just Baltimore and Detroit and Philadelphia and Chicago. Places like Peoria, and Springfield and Des Moines, Iowa.

In 2011, at the Iowa State Fair, mobs of black people attacked white people in and outside of the fairgrounds for three nights in a row. Finally, a reporter asked the spokeswoman for the Des Moines police department what was going on with all this black violence.

She said she did not know why, but it was happening.

Lori Lavorato got fired the next day for telling the truth about racial violence.

Racial violence returned to Des Moines earlier this year when a mob of 20 black people beat to death a father of six. They attacked others who came to his aid; taking their cell phones and throwing them into a nearby river.

Did you read about that?

If that is happening in Des Moines, what do you suppose the rest of the country is like?

Editors are partly right when they say most of the examples of black mob violence do not contain explicit evidence of racial motivation.

But they are mostly wrong.

Every single incident of black mob violence, by itself, does not merit attention from the national media. But together, they form a pattern that every reporter in every newsroom in America knows about.

But refuses to say.

Maybe that is what Eric Holder meant when he said we are a nation of cowards when it comes to race. But I doubt it.

These are just some of the hundreds of examples of racial violence and lawlessness in more than 80 cities around the country as documented in my book: White Girl Bleed a Lot: The return of racial violence to America.

We get lots of letters from victims of racial violence. Here’s one:

Dear Mr. Flaherty,

I keep track as much as possible, to these news stories that report racial violence towards whites and Asians by African Americans and have noticed that they hardly ever make news outside the city limits of the towns and cities they occur in.

My local newspaper studiously omits descriptions of “at large” suspects because they have told me it is not necessary, that the descriptions which often do include color of clothing,(easily changed) height and weight could “fit so many people” they had lost their usefulness.

Not to me, just another potential victim, looking over her shoulder.

I have a special interest of course that causes me to write.

I was kidnapped and raped when I was barely 19, my car forced off the road, my window smashed and my car left running, lights on and with my purse inside.  My mother was notified an hour or so later and for hours didn’t know if I was alive or dead.  The rapist was a 18 year old black man , who plainly told me that he belonged to a group who raped white girls.

The small city I worked in (I was on my way home from work when I was followed) had a very tiny black population.  In California we had never had the kind of racial discrimination that the South did, and the only black person I knew was one girl in my high school.

It turned out there had been many victims of this guy, all white.

This was never mentioned in the newspaper and the only outrage that occurred was by a local member of the NAACP who objected to the newspaper for describing the rapist as “burly” meaning I assume well muscled,  broad shouldered and strong…this before he was found and arrested.

They felt it was a racial slur.  On the other hand, described in fairly identifiable terms, living in a small town, and working at a place that was noted, everyone knew about me.  The pitying looks, the really sickening comments and invasive questions from my friends and neighbors, even relatives were my daily fare

For years afterward, and this was in the 70’s, the media, the colleges and every liberal pundit expressed the belief that black men raping white women was a racial stereotype that held no truth.

Imagine how that stung every time I heard it.   This being the liberal 70’s, his sentence was two years for each of the three victims who found the courage to testify.   When he was let out, he raped white women again (no one noted this particular bent) and went back to jail.

When I first heard of the term “hate crime” it made me so angry…what kind of violent crime isn’t based on some kind of hate?

And if crimes against women of every kind don’t get that extra enhancement, why should anyone?   I appreciate your book and your courage in writing it.  It won’t be an easy time for you,  and I feel bad that your reputation and character will now be vilified for exposing a small part of the truth.

These are just some of the hundreds of examples of racial violence and lawlessness in more than 80 cities around the country as documented in my book: White Girl Bleed a Lot: The return of racial violence to America.

They fought the law ….

For the aficionado of racial violence, a white riot is the Holy Grail: So often talked about, but so rare, some doubt it even exists.

This is in contrast to the epidemic of more than 500 cases of recent black mob violence in more than 100 cities — documented in the new book White Girl Bleed a Lot: The return of racial violence and how the media ignore it.

On a recent Jesse Lee Peterson radio show, a caller disputed the idea that black mob violence exists out of proportion. White people are just as guilty, she said. It’s just they never get arrested.

That is why so many people were so excited at news of the recent “riot” at the University of Delaware: Finally a white riot. Finally, on video.

The occasion was a beer blast at the home of a few members of the school rugby team. On hand to film the bacchanalia were members of the Schmacked TV production crew. They specialize in capturing drunken hijinks on college campuses then showing it on MTV and later selling the videos.

In September, it was Delaware’s turn. And if acting the fool after drinking a few beers was against the law, there is no doubt this was a civil disturbance of epic proportions.

The New York Daily News gave it the full fire-alarm treatment: “University of Delaware students rampage at riot party.” ABC national news could not decide if it was a riot or a near-riot, but it did report some garbage cans got destroyed and some students were walking on people’s lawns. They called that trespassing. Other network affiliates in Philadelphia breathlessly followed suit.

But the video tapes reveal a milder story. This “riot” had major league numbers, with 3,000 students running, jumping, laughing, and stopping traffic on the main street of this Newark college town.

But the violence was non-existent and and criminality was strictly minor league. Especially when compared with some recent black mob violence.

The “riot” began when the off-campus party ended: Soon after, students filled the internet with videos of party-goers dancing on cars. Yes, that left a few dents.

But unlike a recent episode of black mob violence in a Chicago suburb in February, no drivers were attacked. Nobody threw a looted chair from a nearby vandalized store and broke the window of an SUV trapped in traffic.

Much of the mayhem and violence from the 500 black people in that episode was captured on video.

No one was arrested. Neither did it make ABC evening news.

There were no fights or stabbings at the University of Delaware “riot.” Especially if you exclude tussling for free beer.

Not like a recent episode of mob violence over the weekend at the black Virginia State University. There, hundreds of black students roamed the campus — fighting, destroying property. One person was stabbed.

Some of it on video.

One student told the CBS affiliate “it was nothing but chaos.” Another told 8 News he saw a “riot, just commotion.” Another said the mob was moving from one area of the campus to another, leaving destruction in its wake. Finally, police locked down the entire campus for 12 hours.

A warrant has been issued for the alleged stabber. As for the others, no one was arrested. Nothing, so far, from ABC news hound Diane Sawyer.

Neither was the University of Delaware mayhem anything like the huge brawl featuring 200 black students at a party at Central State University in Ohio last May. On video.

Several police officers were attacked. Two students went to the hospital. One person was arrested.

Neither did the Delaware mayhem compare to the huge fight at the black Livingston College in North Carolina last Spring. There, local news stations report 300 black people fought and destroyed property at a campus party. Two people were arrested.

Neither did the Delaware party-goers resemble the crowd at a University of Southern California party last spring. There, 400 black students did not like it when a police officer showed up at 2 a.m. to tell them their party had to end. Or least the music did.

They ignored the cop.

Then started throwing bottles and other objects at him. Soon after 80 police were in the streets in riot gear. The party ended after a few people were forcibly detained. Six black people were arrested.

At the University of Delaware, school officials banned the rubgy team for five years — the death penalty for the program. Two members of the team hosted the party, but it was not an official team function.

At USC, no one got banned. Instead, school officials held a community forum to hear students accuse the school of wrong doing: Racial profiling and and other racial abuse at this exclusive college also known as the University of Spoiled Children.

Makiah Green is a USC student who put it all in perspective — the school and the police were to blame:

I had flashbacks to an era I wasn’t even alive to suffer through. I was too scared to go outside, legitimately fearing that an officer would see me and arrest me for being Black and inquisitive.

I can only imagine how my peers felt when they saw over twenty LAPD patrol cars pull up and release 79 officers to end a peaceful, congratulatory party.

It is inexpressibly disheartening to hear fellow students recount horror stories of police brutality two weeks away from being among the first in my family to graduate from a four-year university. To know that my college degree holds no weight in the face of institutional racism and discrimination is sobering.

Today, despite the back-breaking, mind-destroying, soul-sapping institutional racism at USC, Makiah managed to overcome: She is a first year graduate student in a professional writing program.  At USC.

The University of Delaware “riot” did not feature any violence directed at the police — unlike the September episode of black mob violence in the Rochester suburb of Irondequoit. There, 500 black people fought in — and outside of — a movie theater.

Several rioters attacked police, requiring use of a baton to subdue them. After the riot ended, police packed the violent mob in city buses for a trip — not to jail — but home to Rochester.

One person was detained and released, said WHAM TV news. But no one was arrested.

It is rare for anyone to be arrested in most of the examples of black mob violence documented in White Girl Bleed a Lot. At one Philadelphia high school, the principal said she did not report large scale black mob violence directed at Asian students over a several year period because she did not want to “criminalize” the students.

And besides, she said, the Asian students antagonized the black students by not knowing anything about black culture.

In Chicago earlier this year, nine black people were arrested for attacking two white people with a “sockful of locks” in a commuter train crowded with witnesses. A staffer for district attorney later dropped all charges.

In New Haven earlier this month, 500 black people attending an “All Black Affair” fought in and out of the party. And when they finished in front of one venue, they moved to another, where police had to stop the violence there. Then another, where police had to stop the violence there.

No one was arrested. Police said they were focusing on crowd control instead.

At a Baltimore skating rink, a mob of as many as 900 black people fought and destroyed property in and out of the facility, including several nearby businesses.

The dozens of examples of black mob violence connected to the rink over the last yaer range from throwing bricks through police car windows to vandalizing the Denny’s restaurant next door. The violence includes beating clerks and stealing merchandise from a nearby convenience store, fighting with police, jumping on cars – breaking windows and ruining paint – and much, much more.

Two people were arrested at the latest violence in August.

Nothing from ABC national news on that one. But ABC did tell the nation that several Blue Hens were accused of urinating in public.

But at least it was not part of an assault and robbery, as was a recent case in St. Paul, Minnesota earlier this month.

There a white woman reported a car full of black people stopped and asked her for directions. They grabbed her hair, pushed her down, stole her phone, and before fleeing, they held here down, removed her pants, and one of the men urinated on her.

One man has been arrested.

Even by Delaware standards this Blue Hen mob violence was pale. Last year, for the second year on a row, a black promoter sponsored a party for students at black colleges in the area. By 2 a.m. 800 black people were outside, many fighting. Guns were fired. Cars damaged. 300 state police responded.

When asked, a spokesman for the state police said not one of their officers at the scene noticed if the entire crowd was black. Pictures at Facebook and other social media answered that question.

No one was arrested.

Despite the fact there was no violence, no property damage other than a few dented cars and pushed over fence, officials at the University of Delaware are on a full scale hunt to bring these lawbreakers to justice.

Already several students have been expelled. Ten arrested. And over the weekend, the Wilmington New Journal published the photos of 44 more alleged student rioters, most pictured in full party mode with their mouths open in a party yell. The university wants to bring them to justice as well.

The newspaper never posted any Facebook photos or videos in its short, one-day coverage of the black mob violence involving the black college students.

The 44 students face suspension, expulsion and even arrest.

Included in the Delaware 10 already charged was a co-ed accused of disorderly conduct and jaywalking. In Delaware, they call that “walking along roadway where sidewalks are provided.”

Her hometown paper in New Jersey dutifully reported the conduct and even printed her mug shot.

Very few people were crying “don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time.” Instead, many were irritated at the newspaper — and the University — for making such a big deal out of such a small thing. Including the girl’s father in the comments section of the local Patch:

My daughter was one of 12 who got their picture taken out of 2400 students that attended this event. She was not charged with anything more than jay walking. She will be found innocent since a picture from a video can not be enough evidence to convict.

She also turned herself in when she found out about it (You failed to mention that in your stellar investigation).

BTW there is an old lady Jaywalking on Central . Go track her down. Great job reporting Nicole . Working for the Westfield Patch. What a great job after $150K of College. You must be so proud

So this search for the Holy Grail of white racial violence must be called a disappointment .

In Albany New York, reporter Carl Seiler insists that it happens all the time, only iwhite violence is often ignored. He gives as an example a white riot called “Kegs ‘n’ Eggs” from two years ago.

The quest continues.
