A Dayton woman who was nine months pregnant is dead today after she was shot during an episode of black mob violence.
The incident began Wednesday afternoon when Dayton police were called to break up a large fight involving a crowd of black women.
Wednesday night, the crowd formed once again. And once again fighting broke out, this time involving 50 to 100 people.
Gunfire was exchanged.
It is not known whether gunshot victim Dalyne Foster, a mother of three, was an active participant in the violence — or whether she was just an observer. Either way, she died at the hospital.
Her child survived and is reported to be in critical condition.

The titans at the Washington Post may not have been able to get their journalistic minds around the latest case of black mob violence in the nation’s capital.
They had no idea what caused it. Neither did they report the race of the assailants.
But the Titan of Trinidad, a neighborhood blog, had no trouble whatsoever describing what really happened when a black mob attacked a D.C. commuter on a bicycle, sending him to the hospital with broken bones in his face.
As I was biking home on the Metropolitan Branch Trail today I came across a biker on the trail near R St NE who was severely beaten.
Apparently he was beaten by a fairly large group of African American teenagers that I passed on the trail near the bridge near Florida Avenue.
Apparently they beat this biker, a Caucasian male who looked to be in his 50s, for no reason. Cops swarmed the scene and took the man to the hospital, and tried to track down the kids but as far as I know they have not been caught.
I share this with you to strongly encourage you to use caution on the trail. This incident occurred in broad daylight and the biker did nothing wrong.
I spoke with one of the cops at the scene and he says there are incidents on the trail all the time, day and night. I for one will no longer be using the Metropolitan Branch Trail — please stay safe everyone.
According to the web site: “Notably, this was not a robbery; the group of teenagers apparently just attacked and beat this man on the trail without any obvious motive other than to beat him. The Post reports that the man was covered in blood with his eye swollen shut.”
“Based upon this offense, we have received a number of questions concerning the Metropolitan Branch Trail. Allow us to address your concerns here.
“This was an unprovoked assault by a lone individual and not a pattern connected to other criminal offenses that were reported to MPD.”
Which is not true on two counts: There was a black mob of at least 15 people. Many kicked him in the face. And it was part of a pattern.

So I dash off an email to the local police, who kindly calls me on the phone to assure me the crimes were “not racially motivated.”
I never said they were. Or wondered if they were. Racially motivated, that is.
I am not the Amazing Kreskin.
But what I am doing is compiling a record of black mob violence that exists exponentially out of proportion. All over the country.
In one case, here is the police press release:
Officers attempted to separate the two males; however, one of the suspects, who was later identified as Joseph Tyrice Cromartie, 20, of Clinton, MD, became combative and assaulted the officers. One of the officers used his Electronic Control Device (Taser) to subdue Cromartie, who was eventually arrested.
By that time, the large crowd which had gathered at the scene began acting in a disorderly, aggressive manner, taunting and making threatening statements towards officers. Additional officers responded to the scene, including K-9 and mounted patrols, Worcester County Sheriff’s Deputies and Maryland State Police Troopers. The crowd was quickly dispersed and order was restored to the area.
The people arrested are black. And everyone else there was black. But it was not racially motivated, the public information officer kept telling me. It was just a group of unruly people between the ages of 16 and 21.
Here’s another excerpt from another police report:
Officers located the victim, who was identified as a 22-year-old male from Washington, DC, in the lobby of the hotel. The victim, whose name is not being released, was bleeding from numerous stab wounds.
The preliminary investigation revealed that the victim had been engaged in a fight on the boardwalk in front of the Stowaway Grand Hotel. According to witnesses, approximately 30 persons were involved in the fight, at which time the victim was repeated stabbed and then helped into the lobby of the hotel by unidentified citizens.
The guy stabbed and the suspects are black. The Public Information Officer informed me that the crowd was not exclusively black. Which contradicts what people say on the Internet. And what people at the hotel tell me.
As for the guy who was stabbed? He’s not talking.

While on my lunch break this week, I read Colin Flaherty’s WND story on the Syracuse man who died from the malicious “Knockout Game” – in which black youth search for a beat a lone white person. I thought to myself, God cannot come back soon enough.
I then thought how I would feel if this happened to anyone in my family or, heaven forbid, one of my children. Well, now I know: The same day, around 4 p.m., my son called me from a friend’s house with his voice shaking as he described to me EXACTLY what I had just read about in Flaherty’s article.
Dominic was riding over to a friend’s house to show him his new lacrosse stick. Two black youths, or possibly even young adults, jumped out from behind a tree, knocked my 12-year-old son off his bike, grabbed his lacrosse stick and hit him in the face with it.

Every discussion of the explosion of black mob violence at carnivals and state fairs around the country should begin with two words: Lori Lavorato.
Lori was the spokeswoman for the Des Moines police department when, in 2011, mobs of black people beat white people for three nights in a row at the Iowa State Fair.
At least three police were hurt. A guy got his skull fractured. A police report said black people were laughing and screaming: “Beat Whitey Night” as they assaulted white people willy nilly.
There was no doubt everyone involved in the assault was black. And the victims were white.
A reporter actually asked about it. Here is what Lori told the local ABC affiliate to get herself fired:
Des Moines Police spokeswoman Lori Lavorato said officers are still trying to figure out what role, if any, race had in the incidents.
“We had a lot of assaults on people randomly walking out of the Iowa State Fair. Most of our victims happen to be white. Is that a racial thing? I don’t know. It’s all under investigation,” she said.
Oops, my bad: She didn’t get fired: She got sent down to traffic division. And as anyone who has ever watched a Clint Eastwood movie knows, that is worse than getting fired. Here is what the chief said:
“People are very sensitive to remarks like that, so I had some real grave concerns about us stepping out and I wanted to make certain that we were right to message the State Fair events that way.”
This is what chiefs expect from their spokesperson.
And that is what they have been getting at carnivals and fairs all over the country since then:
Hampton, Virginia.
Orchard Lake, Michigan.
Westland, Michigan.
Milwaukee.
Detroit.
Savannah, Georgia.
Rochester.
Syracuse.
North New Jersey.
Cleveland.
Roanoke.
Taylor, Michigan.
Some more than once.

Every discussion of the epidemic of black mob violence at carnivals and fairs should begin with two words: Lori Lavorato.

The mob attacked police, kicking them while they were on the ground. Three officers were hurt . Another person suffered a fractured skull. A police report said black people were laughing and screaming: “Beat Whitey Night” as they assaulted white people willy nilly.
And it was not just one night, but three in a row.
A reporter from the local ABC affiliate actually asked about it. Here is what Lavorato said to get herself fired:

But that was such a long time ago: 2011. Beat Whitey Night is now just a distant memory. Let’s flash forward to more than a dozen more recent examples of black mob violence at fairs and carnivals all around the country, starting in Hampton, Virginia just a few weeks ago.
Over Memorial Day weekend, five people were shot, one died, and two have been arrested for murder following an outbreak of black mob violence at the Hampton Coliseum Spring Carnival
The shooting happened on Saturday night, the third day of the event, while police were in another part of the fairgrounds trying to quell a different case of black mob violence, one of several prior to the killing, some involving 50 to 100 people.
Officials cancelled the remainder of what was scheduled to be a 10-day affair and some doubt the carnival will return next year. This was not the first episode of shooting or mob violence at the Fair: Last year, shots were fired but no one was killed.[3]
As is often the case, the readers tells the story the reporters cannot. Or will not.
“Every year this carnival attracts thugs and every year it is a breading ground for violence,” said a reader of the Daily Press in Hampton. “Children want to attend the carnival and the low-lifes in this area are drawn to it for some reason. I would LOVE to be able to bring my children to the carnival but it’s just not safe.[4]
Some complained that anyone drawing attention to the fact that the fighters, the shooters, and the people shot were all black is racist: “A mother and father have lost their child, a sibling has loss his brother and the only thing some of you racist people can only say is negative things.”
Others hoped that if the paper ignored the violence — including the racial aspect of it — that will would Hampton a better place: “It’ is probably a good idea for the daily papers to avoid writing about this nonsense and inform the community on positive attributes going on other places.”
Hampton is 30 miles from Virginia Beach, where just a few weeks before, 40,000 black people rampaged through the beach town on a Saturday night, destroying property and creating violence. Panicked residents called the 911 emergency center over 900 times in six hours. More than 120 people were arrested.
The “Beach Week” event was promoted by black promoters, to black students at black colleges and buses were sent to black fraternities and black sororities — though it took the local media several days to make that connection[5].
On the other side of the state in Roanoke, the Drew Expo was forced last year to close their carnival early after it was the scene of black mob violence involving 500 people both in and out of the fair. No arrests were made. The Expo went off last month with large-scale police presence that prevented large scale violence that city officials said would cause them to abolish the Expo if it happened again.[6]
In the Detroit metro area, black mob violence struck at least three carnivals in May. In Westland, according to ClickonDetroit.com: [7]
“Police say more than 100 teenagers — mostly boys — started a fight during the Westland Firefighters Charity Fund Carnival. It happened in a shopping center parking lot where the violence got so out of hand that it spilled over to neighboring businesses”
Two weeks later at the St. Mary’s Polish Country Fair in neighboring Orchard Lake, hundreds of black people fought and destroyed property during the festival.
“It seems that every community has the same issue,” said Westland city councilman Bill Johnson. “It’s just not safe.” [9] He wants to ban the carnival next year.
In Taylor, another suburb of Detroit, several fights broke out at the Gibraltar Trade Center carnival at the beginning of May. Several people reported hearing gun shots but the police chief denied anything like that happened.
“My daughter and her friends went to this carnival and I heard someone was stabbed along with gunshots fired, they were running into the building to get away from them,” said Teresa Lynne J. In the comments section of the News Herald.
“My son was there and he said that there was also gunfire and that he and his girlfriend were running for their lives!,” said another parent.[10]
“Numerous people have posted hearing gunshots, as well as having family working at Heritage Hospital, and reporting how busy they were due to the fight at GTC,” posted another reader. “So, to say no one was injured, I believe is a complete falsehood, and a case of the mayor trying to cover how dangerous it really is there.”
Let’s head back to Des Moines for the CelebrAsian festival in May. The casual reader of local news could be forgiven for thinking that Asian youths were running amok at the annual fair. This was a party for Asians, by Asians, and if the headlines talked about people were creating mayhem at the fair, the perpetrators had to be Asians too, right?
Wrong. This was a mob of almost 100 black people, fighting and causing trouble in and out of the fairgrounds. After getting kicked out of Celebrasian, they moved a few blocks away and started fighting there. Only one person was shot.
Two days after the shooting and black mob violence, the Des Moines Register editorialized that catching violent people and putting them in prison was not a solution to crime — but a cause: “Indeed, it cannot be disputed that the presence of so many African-Americans – men and women, juveniles and mothers – in Iowa’s prisons is aggravating those societal problems.”
People have to be careful what they dispute in Iowa.
In Savannah, Georgia, eight black people were shot at the Coastal Fair last November. The shooting took place after several episodes of black mob violence happened at the same time in different parts of the fair.
Marquis Mason was one of those shot. He told the Athens Banner-Herald this is a long-term, and expected problem.[11]
Normally, Mason wouldn’t have gone to the last Saturday night at the Coastal Empire fair. Too risky, too much chance of a fight or a shooting, he and other teens knew. Even if those problems had always happened outside the gate, why risk it, he thought.
That same night, an off-duty police officer acting as a security guard — one of 50 at the fair — warned Nicole Soldan that was no place for her or her children. According to Savannah Now:
“At the entrance gate, Soldan said, a police officer warned her away. “He said, ‘It’s not a family-friendly night’ and said ‘By way of example, let me tell you I’m wearing my bulletproof vest,’” Soldan said.[12]
Police later arrested six people in connection with the violence — including several for lying to detectives during the investigation. That drew the ire of one mother after local media published the mug shot of her son:
“I wish yall stop showin my son terrance thacker picture an find some more important news to talk about,” said Charlene Thacker-Williams to the web site of local news channel WTOC. “He lied to the police bout his name that’s it. People do that everyday! Its alot of crimes in savannah that has never been talked about like this fair shooting.”[13]
In Rochester, the weekend before Memorial Day, the Lilac Festival usually draws 500,000 during its 10-day run. It also draws black mob violence. This year, four people were stabbed and 20 people were arrested in or around the festival.
Lots of fighting on video. One eye witness said:
I was there and saw what happened first hand. Read the other Lilac Fest threads on here to get the truth. What I saw was a group of 50 black teenagers being herded out of the festival area and onto the main road that borders the fest.(South Ave.) The group started fighting with each other right in front of the police.
There were probably about 5 cops standing there at the time. Within moments, about 5 additional police cars pulled up. The cops were definitely out numbered. The teens were running in every direction like wild animals.
Screaming, hollering, swearing at the cops, etc. The cops rounded up as many as they could and arrested them. The other teens started down South Ave. en masse. A few blocks from where this melee occurred, the stabbings took place[14]
Rochester is also the scene of black mob violence at Charlotte Beach and the annual Rib Fest.[15]
According to local ABC affiliate WHAM 13, this has been going on in Rochester for a long time in several different parts of the city. In 2011, at a city-sponsored Rib Festival one week after the Lilac Festival, more than 200 black people showed up, ate, rioted, and then left. Thirteen people were arrested, all black. One for assaulting a police officer.
That wasn’t the first time a local venue was shut down because of fights on Memorial Day. Says WHAM:
Seabreeze made it a policy to close on Memorial Day starting last year after rumors of violence. The city has an ongoing issue with crowds of youth at the Liberty Pole downtown.
A member of the Rochester city council says the violence is not new. It’s just that only recently are white people starting to see it. Speaking of previous racial violence:
“I think what you saw at the beach is what we’ve been seeing in many of our neighborhoods for two decades,” said Councilman Adam McFadden. “It’s just that you had a lot of people there who are not used to that culture and got to witness it personally.” [16]
One member of a local news site said there is no difference in the level of violence among racial groups. But black mob violence gets more attention:
“The difference is the demographic involved in them and the disproportionate media coverage. Any given night you can see the same demographic beating the crap out of each other,” said a person identified only as Quacker Bearel. Anything else is just “white hysteria.”[17]
It would be easier to believe if people like that supplied video clips to back up what they say. Here is some video of black mob violence in Rochester.
In northern New Jersey, a mob of 150 black people showed up at a firefighter’s carnival, creating violence and mayhem. Police from several neighboring areas had to be called into to subdue the crowd after people refused to stop fighting. No one was arrested.
The local paper, an offshoot of the Star-Ledger, censored comments from readers who commented on the racial nature of the mob. Or that black mob violence had occurred elsewhere recently in New Jersey and other parts of the country.[18]
They left a note explaining their decision to censor their readers:
We removed a number of comments here that were off-topic. We also removed comments that used racist language. Responses to those comments were also removed. Keep this conversation on-topic and productive.
Curiously, a local reporter said there was no evidence that anyone involved had used Twitter during the violence.
Unlike in other cities, no general call to gather appears to have spread on Facebook or Twitter. And many of the teens who went to the fair did not go with the aim of causing trouble. They headed to Coventry because they heard it was the place to be.[19]
Which of course was not true. Regardless, of how one reporter believes he can read the minds and divine the intentions of large groups of violent people, you could not pay those merchants to put that fair on again. Too much chaos. Too much violence.
And too much racism, said Kasey Greer, the head of a Cleveland neighborhood group. Greer told Cleveland.com that “the term flash mob is being used as code to identify young black kids and that some proprietors and homeowners in the suburb have problems with diverse crowds who throng to the area.”[20]
And the violence and injuries and property damage and panic? The police caused that, she said.
The State Fair that probably got the most attention for racial violence was Milwaukee in 2011. Hundreds of black people roamed in and out of the fairgrounds, beating up white people at will.
Which was not too much different that what 50-100 black people did just three weeks before when they looted a Milwaukee convenience store, then, two blocks away, assaulted several people on an Independence Day holiday picnic.
“White Girl Bleed a Lot,” said one of the attackers, standing and laughing over her victim.
Milwaukee is also the site of frequent and intense black mob violence at the Juneteenth festivals, local malls and even St. Patrick’s day parades.
The newspapers and local TV news rarely identify the culprits by race. But this time, they had little choice: The people on the 911 calls sure did. Here are a few: Milwaukee State Fair 911 calls:[21]
The editors at the local paper promised they would get to the bottom of it: “This is our fair, a showcase and celebration of the state, and reports of African-American teenagers randomly beating up white fair-goers – similar to attacks last month in the Riverwest neighborhood – are shocking. We simply can’t let this happen again. ”[22]
