Tensions here in SE DC are higher than usual…but the usual is already pretty bad.
The Zimmerman thing just seems like an excuse for them to do what they already wanted to do anyways.
With the strict gun laws here in DC, it looks to me like just another form of welfare.
What I mean by that is they hunt middle aged white guys here like rednecks hunt deer, especially late at night.
We are a source of free smart phones, cash and credit cards, as a bonus to the more traditional forms of welfare.
We are seen by them as soft and weak and unwilling or unable to fight back.
The media under-reports it.
When they do bother to mention it at all, race is verboten even though DCPD REPORTS THE RACE OF PERPS ON TWITTER!
I don’t dare go out after 10pm.
I live in a penthouse and I frequently can see them out my window late at night cruising around real slow looking for prey.
Things like this happen here: BLACK MOB BEATS WASHINGTON FATHER.
Bonus letter:

I can vouch for how bad WDC is getting. I left WDC this past spring because my son was almost jumped at a park in the Petworth neighborhood in broad daylight by a number of teens. I was renting out an apartment in a building that turned out to be inhabited by a number if Section 8 inhabitants who would harass me, my kids, and my neighbors, two white girls. I met an older white gentleman on the steps of my building who told me he was jumped by a bunch of black teens at 330 in the afternoon on U street. As they were beating him up, they were calling him a white Jewish fag. Just recently, a group of thirty teens stormed a market in SE DC and stole things and beat up the clerk.
I could tell you at least a hundred stories of minority on white aggressions in WDC. Supposedly revitalization is happening in the District, but really it is just a bunch of new buildings being built.
In my new neighborhood outside if DC, I have met white moms who left DC because they were harassed in DC.
