Letter from Troy.
Colin one thing I know for a fact that I have learned over the years, is that black people only respect a persons capacity for violence. I learned this the hard way. It took years of abuse until I really understood how they think. I was raised to be non violent and turn the other cheek and the world is peachy ex hippy mother.
Although the concept of her thinking sounded great on face value, it did not stop me from coming home a bloody mess from just waiting for the bus at the bus stop. Getting punched in my face simply because I was white and very quiet and I told the perpetrator named Tyrone, fighting was wrong and I would not fight back.
Well not standing up for yourself causes a pattern, before long I had multiple bullies wanting to assault me for fun and this jerk named Tyrone made it a habit. My mother didn’t believe that there’s actually people out there that just wanted to hurt people for fun.
After a while I decided to walk to school to avoid the school bus stop assaults, but school was no better or safer. So this went on until I dropped out of school in the 9th grade. So at this point I was a pot head to dull my feelings. But I also acquired a huge tolerance for pain from all the beatings. And was starting to go a little crazy to be honest, I mean who can get attacked constantly without it effecting their mental health.
I had learned I had to stop listening to mom, she grew up in a different time and a different environment for sure. At this point I decided to stand up for myself.
Now on to the robbery, and robbery is a bonus its totally secondary, the goal for these people is to hurt a fair skinned person like myself, I truly believe that. But to make out with an award they will be all the more happy with that too after the main goal which is a assault. So I’m going to get to the point, Colin there’s so much I could tell you man, but I’m going to end it at this story for that proves my point about them only respecting a persons capacity for violence.
Here we go – I’m in a store down town Troy same area actually where the police are fighting in your recent video. I’m buying baseball cards, I liked to collect them when I was younger, my bike is outside chained to a tree. So a group of teenage blacks come into the store, they are looking around and fix there sights on me, now at this point I’m hyper vigilant.
I watch everything. They whisper to each other and go out side the store I can see them through the big windows, they keep looking through the window at me and I know whats going to go down when I go out side. So I walk out I hear something, white boy ect. I’m trying to get to my bike I was way outnumbered, I was trying to avoid a physical battle.
Long story short I get punched in my face, but the reaction they expected did not happen, I didn’t go down, I didn’t cry I didn’t beg, what I did was pull out a seven inch blade and told them to come on. They spread out became very scared one grabbed a brick acted like he was going to hit me with it I started walking towards him with my knife in hand, funny thing is, one of his friends actually knocked the brick out of his hand and told me I could go. I jumped on my bike and rode off, and I learned something that day, we have to stand up to these people, they want easy targets.
Well there’s one very personal story for you, sadly I have more than one to tell you if your truly interested.
