Arrests mount, but no charges yet in airman’s death – WilsonTimes.com

These are just some of the hundreds of examples of racial violence and lawlessness in more than 80 cities around the country as documented in my book: White Girl Bleed a Lot: The return of racial violence to America.

Thomas Sowell said : ”Reading Colin Flaherty’s book made painfully clear to me that the magnitude of this problem is greater than I had discovered from my own research. He documents both the race riots and the media and political evasions in dozens of cities.” – National Review.

Colin, I can’t begin to thank you enough for what you are doing. I am a Liberal-who-was-mugged. Been through it all. You know the drill.

I want to say two things:

(1) In regard to putting yourself out there to be interviewed, you need to expect a lot of slings and arrows to come your way. Even more, expect RATIONALIZATION. e.g. you go on a radio show and the host starts to ask you to explain WHY this is happening, despite the fact that is NOT the topic of your book or your blog. “Callers, why is this happening?” Cue black caller, ready with excuses. It distracts from the whole point of your book and gives the radio host a way to avoid scrutiny.

(2) People are AFRAID to talk about this in public. That’s why it is commendable that you are doing precisely that. I firmly believe. . . no, I KNOW, that people WANT to discuss this publicly. They are waiting for cues from society that it is finally OK to talk about this without being shunned, without being damaged or targeted. That can only happen if people like you do the hard work of bringing the discussion into the public forum.

So, thank you and keep up the great work.

hey Anonymous,

Thanks for the media tips.

Could you tell us the details of your encounter with racial violence.

It is actually important.

Thanks,

Colin

p.s. As long as we stay away from generalizing and stereotypes, we can talk about race. I add one more rule: No apologies.
