Archives For Hispanic

A preview of an article in WND.

It started out Friday with teasing, then taunting.

But when the young Hispanic woman behind the counter told the black man and his friends she did not want to go out with them, it escalated into assault. Then gunshots.

All at the same time as, a few miles away, Al Sharpton and Beyonce were railing against racial injustice directed at black men.

We don’t know the names of these alleged would-be killers. Not yet. Nor would we have a description of the mob if we had to rely on the New York Post or Daily News. The NBC News affiliate told that part of the story: Police are new searching for five black men and one black woman for allegedly shooting the woman’s family as they gathered beneath a tree on a hot Brooklyn afternoon.

The New York Post told the rest of story:

When she refused their advances, one of the men threw a milkshake in her face, her family said. “They were making advances and teasing her and harassing her,” said family friend Ivette Miranda, 45. “She called her dad, and he went there, to the McDonald’s, and called the cops. He filed a police report right there.

“Those guys are bad men,” Miranda added. “They wanted to get back at Rolando.”

Rolando Pizarro told the man to stay away from his daughter, according to a manager at the restaurant.

He was angry at the thug for harassing his daughter at a McDonald’s where she works, his family said.

The thugs did not like that.

The next day, they hunted Pizarro and his family down at a sidewalk in Brooklyn across the street from a park. Witnesses say this time the black mob was made up of six people, five guys and a woman. And several guns.

“I saw five black males running through the street, shooting,” a witness told the NBC affiliate.  “It was scary, traumatizing and just unbelievable. I’m disgusted.”

Pizarro was targeted for filing a police report Friday against the shooter, witnesses told NBC News.

The father and a relative were shot in the stomach. His wife and son and a bystander were shot in the legs. Everyone was taken to the hospital and are expected to survive.

Police have not released any information on the case, but several witnesses report one of the shooters was detained by police when he returned to retrieve a gun he had thrown away.

“I heard the gunshots,” said Ivet Hernandez, 46, who looked out the window as the group of young men, who were all wearing white T-shirts, ran away after the 2:20 p.m. shooting. “If the police can’t take care of us, we’ll have to start taking care of ourselves.”

It is not clear whether Sharpton, Rachel Maddow, Chris Matthews, Toure  or the other news analysts at NBC would approve of their affiliate reporting the race of the alleged criminals. Or the fact that some Hispanics think they need to do more to defend themselves against black mob violence.

Those NBC news analysts were quite critical when  the Hispanic George Zimmerman was found not guilty for shooting Trayvon Martin after Martin punched him in the face.

The Brooklyn shooting is part of a pattern of black mob violence documented in White Girl Bleed a Lot: The return of racial violence and how the media ignore it. But several commentators at local news sites were upset with any of their fellow readers who noticed it:

“There is always a recurring theme on stories like this,” said Ezekiel in the New York Daily News: “That somehow and someway, this incident and the participants therein represent every single Black person in the country.”

That is racist he said, because white people commit similar crimes in equal amounts. Which is not true, but which was also a theme at a protest held  20 miles across the river in Manhattan at about the same time as the shooting.

There, Al Sharpton, Beyonce and Jay Z and others protested the acquittal of George Zimmerman for the killing of Trayvon Martin. “They be racist, But they just hiding it,” proclaimed one sign.

“Today, all over the country, we’re standing up,” said Sharpton. “But nobody does it like New York.”

These are just some of the hundreds of examples of racial violence and lawlessness in more than 80 cities around the country as documented in my book: White Girl Bleed a Lot: The return of racial violence to America.

Thomas Sowell said : ”Reading Colin Flaherty’s book made painfully clear to me that the magnitude of this problem is greater than I had discovered from my own research. He documents both the race riots and the media and political evasions in dozens of cities.” – National Review.
