Demtrius Murphy found the wrong guy: A guy who had a gun and was determined to use it to protect his home and family.
Demetrius died earlier this week from a gun shot wound after trying to burglarize a St. Louis home.

Then it came out that Demtrius was a member of one of the most notorious groups in St. Louis: The Knockout Gang that almost killed Matt Quain. The group that was set free after threatening the only witness, who then refused to testify.

I lived in St. Louis for 23 years, and co-founded an organization (Gateway Civil Liberties Alliance) which played a part in achieving statewide concealed-carry and, later, Castle Doctrine. I now live in the People’s Republic of Massachusetts, where the picture is very different; the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,which was the cradle of the American Revolution (and the resultant Constitution and Bill of Rights) is now the cradle of the nanny state, gun control, victimhood worship, and all the rest of the ills of modern society. What a contrast!
Mr. Umar Lee has it exactly right-and the black community needs a lot more like him to tell the truth-without fathers, young black boys are growing up just like any other boys without proper male role models, known as fathers to most of us. it is a true shame that so few black so-called “leaders” follow this good man’s example.
The black talking heads on t.v. keep referring to these young thugs as children and imply that they aren’t responsible for their actions.
As Tavist Smiley….and others…. whined about after Trayvon Martin was justifiably stopped in the midst of nearly beating a guy to death, “these are our children.” Then went on to lament that the black community has to seek reprisals for people killing “our children.”
This “chiildren” mantra is so ridiculous as to be laughable. While these perps are likely only about a slight edge above morons, they know exactly that what they are doing is wrong but they don’t care.
But worst of all they’re maiming and killing people and they make a game out of it. To them it’s fun.
“Monsters” would be a better moniker than children.
As the “castle laws” continue to pass state legislatures and CC laws become common there’s going to be a lot more Trayvons who will bite the dust. And that’s about the only good trend that’s developing in this country right now besides the growing secessionist movement.

He’s a child but I don’t feel in the least sorry Murphy (or Trayvon Marin for that matter) were killed. Hopefully they are in a better place than living with their parents. Guess Murphy’s relatives have already started litigation against the homeowne (was he supposed to have tested Murphy’s mental capabilities before he shot)?
Not all, but so many black parents totally neglect their children. The teach them nothing about life except to ‘get out of the way’…..no right and wrong, no responsibility, the importance of an education and certainly God’s name is never heard
Their reprimands by authoriites go ignored by parents etc., etc. BUT when something tragic happens to the child, the FIRST feeling is not grief, but ‘I’m gonna sue and get me some money”. What insults to humanity these people are.
Con-commitant with the failure of the parents, is that of the media. And Obama for that matter. An entire nation left in the dark because of people in the radio, TV, newspaper industries. There’s no shame there, either – no sense of responsibility, no conscience. How does America act to help correct the madness in this country if Obama doesn’t care and the media kisses his ………?
