Guilty on video? Maybe. But not in court.

 

A few months ago, I wrote a story about a mob of black people who attacked a white student on a school bus. On video.

Tuesday, one of the five went to court. He told the judge he did not punch anyone. No matter what it looked like on video.

He was looking for his headphones.
