Letter from a family of a person killed by a fella.

In the summer of 1996 my nephew, an air force mechanic, was returning home from his second job and stopped at a 7-Eleven in Newport News, VA for a soda and to withdraw 60 bucks from an ATM. As he left the store, he was kidnapped by two black men and forced to drive to a bank ATM and withdraw more money.
Not satisfied with merely tying up and beating up my nephew as one of the men suggested, the apparent leader, decided that they should take him out to a country road and kill him. No reasons was given as to why. So they took him to a secluded road and shot him 8 times. I believe the autopsy said that the last bullet was in the back as he lay on the ground and was the one that killed him.
Arrest
As our family huddled and mourned the loss my nephew, we received word that these two had been arrested having brilliantly hid my nephew’s truck behind their trailer. They were subsequently tried and convicted of first degree murder and the shooter was given the death penalty. I don’t see this stated in any of the articles on the case but I distinctly remember it being reported or told to us by the police in VA that these two had been on a crime binge that involved the unproven murder of other people and that they were quoted as saying they were looking for white people to attack. I don’t have any corroboration of that however. Just what I remember.
The Lawyers and the Supreme Court Circumvent Justice
However, his lawyers were way too smart to allow his conviction stand. They argued that Atkins, the shooter, was an idiot, I mean retarded, having a tested IQ of 59 though other tests have him at 76. So it was off to the Supreme Court of the land which eventually ruled that people diagnosed(?) as retarded cannot be executed in the USA and so his just sentence was commuted to life without parole. Important Stuff
I myself was nearly murdered by a black thug in 1980 for reasons that I never really understood. He literally said he was going to kill me but there really was no reason given at all. We didn’t have an argument. There was no apparent animosity at any point until he pulled a knife and said he was going to stab me.
That’s why your channel, or your videos that you create, since YouTube has killed your channel – are so important. I really lived my life I guess believing that those two events were just random events, unconnected, inexplicable really.
But now I know why those things happened. There is an obvious hostility bordering on psychotic in the black “community” that you document so well in your videos. I would only add to your videos that this is not a new phenomenon. I know from my experience that this has been going on for at least since the 1970s since I have experiential evidence of that fact.
And now I’m looking at black-white history with a different set of eyes today than I did before viewing your videos. I don’t think the old paradigm that back in the day it was true that whites were always acting on racial motivations when various famous and less famous incidents have occurred. Maybe, just maybe there were other motivating factors involved like in defense of our people from the absurd, unprovoked attacks of a “community” of people who have always been prone to stunning levels of ignorant violence, regardless of how they are treated.
So the repost channel I created “The Flaherty Files” is doing really, really well. It’s been up for 3 weeks as of today and it has 1863 subscribers and over 72,000 views across 200 videos for almost a man year of viewing time. I was wondering how many subscribers your channel had before they killed it?
