New podcast: A mom fights black mob violence in Norwood.
We never should have seen this video. Or heard about this episode of black mob violence.
The mom reported it. The cop refused to take a police report.
And so when later, it happened again, we never should have heard about that either.
But thanks to Kimberly Harper, we did.
She took up and told her son to videotape it the next time it happened.
And that video is not going viral.
