Colin,
I work for Grand Rapids Public Schools and it is run by a bunch of incompetent individuals who cannot control their concupiscence and vindictive behavior.
I taught for the school district almost 30 years and I was forced to sign a confidentiality agreement about all the sexual behavior going on and then I was retaliated against majority of the retaliation was done by black people black administrators who are also heavily involved and sexual improprieties.
I try to send a mass email out to everybody the day before I retired and it was redacted and eliminated from the email system.
I tried to speak out in front of the school board and hand them an email with some of the board members were involved in the sexual cover up. The superintendent who is black try to stop me with security guards and they took the papers which were copies of my email away from the board members.
It is so corrupt these people do not care about children they care about their power and want to maintain that power.
These people have attacked me and use my classroom as a battlezone exploding children’s education to set all their own personal vendettas. I’ve been set up to fail so many times by not giving teacher manuals or support our my classrooms were set up with disproportionate amount of emotionally impaired children compared to other classrooms.
Grand Rapids Public Schools is a sick system if the public were aware about all the sexual improprieties going on they would pull their children out of the school system. Restorative practices do not work for the children because they grow up to be incompetent vindictive leaders in our school system. Most have obtained their positions due to sexual favors nepotism or to fulfill some affirmative action quota.
You have hit the nail on the head with this video. I don’t know how things are going to get better.
Someone needs to take the bull by the horns and face the situation squarely and tell it like it is. If we cannot help these children while they’re in school it’s going to cost a lot more to incarcerate them when they go to prison.
