Listen I was jumped and robbed by two black males in 2011. I was pushed in front of a car after being hit in the head with a pipe leaving me in a wheelchair for almost 5 months.

186,000 in doctor and hospital bills. It was not even in the news paper in Jersey City. This happened April 5th 2011. Now they knocked me out with a pipe had already had my money and then felt the need to push me into traffic and a car traveling well above the speed limit hit me it was going 45 mph. Some how this was not seen as a hate crime. I cant even sue any one because the fault lies with the two “black guys” who pushed me into traffic.

I watched your podcast of From Savannah to Crete-Monee.

I am a resident of Crete.

I am curious of how you received the info submitted to you.

We have some serious problems in our district. Originally when the state of Illinois created our school district in the 50’s they combined 4 communities to form Crete-Monee school district. Crete, Monee, a very small section of Park Forest and University Park (formerly Park Forest South and originally Wood Hill). The communities were white until the mid 80’s. Home prices in Park Forest and Park Forest South were lower than Crete and Monee and blacks started to move in. Slowly at first. This caused the white flight that always occurs. University Park is now approx 92% black. Over 60% of the homes are rentals. There are several large apartment complexes also.

My great grandparents, as well as my husband’s, settled in Crete. We love our community and I’ve been fighting for it. Crete is now approximately 67% white. White flight of Crete happened around the late 90’s.

Here is where the problem lies. In the early 90’s, residents sued our school district for both segregation of the schools and the school board election process. They claimed University Park students were bused into Crete for high school, but white students were not bused into University Park. Also, residents from University Park could not get a seat on the school board because of the white communities not voting for them. In a federal lawsuit, they won the election issue, forcing our district to be divided into 7 subdistricts. The school board entered into a consensus agreement to bus Crete students into the jr high and all the schools were remapped. About 12 years ago, black residents became the majority of our school board. They made many policy changes. The discipline policy became lax. They removed holiday parties from our student’s lives. They systematically started to remove white administrators and replace them with black. Many statements have been made that black students learn better from black teachers than white.

Our teachers are scared. Most of our good teachers have left. They work each day with a looming fear that the ones still here will be replaced, and they are over the weakest accusation.

Present day. We have a school board (up until last week) that refused to expel students. We have a school (Monee Education Center) where students with behavioral problems can be “rehabbed” back into the high school to become functioning students. This entire school which can hold over 400 students has 32. They don’t even want the disruptive kids to attend there, because they are all black and it looks bad. The tax payers are paying a large staff at that school for 32 students. And now the videos are leaking to the press. The tv coverage you used in your podcast was just a small indication of what is going on. It’s been happening for years. I became a spokesperson fighting against the board 2 years ago. There was a day in February where 7 fights broke out, one between 3 girls (most of them are). My good friend is a teacher at the high school. As she tried to break up the fight she was pushed down and kicked in the ribs by a student.

Where does this rage come from? How is it possible that there is so little respect for authority and their school? I’m 47 years old. When I was a kid, you always heard “wait until after school” or “meet me on the playground”. I just cannot understand the anger these kids have inside.

What is my reason for this email?

We have a lot of work to do. I’ve worked for over 2 years to get people on the school board that can get us back on track. IL Senate Bill 100 is a disaster. When it goes into affect in September, it will be more difficult to get the problem kids out. But the system can still work.

Do you have any ideas what we can do to turn this around? And don’t tell me to move. I’m not ready for that yet.

Colin,

I am a 57 year old white who has lived in both rural areas and urban areas. I lived through busing where my white school was destroyed by blacks. We moved further out and had a better education in a rural environment then we would ever receive in the bussed school districts. I have to live in a urban area because of my job. I’m an educated professional. No jobs in rural America.

I’ve lived through 35 years of this garbage.
Here are a few highlights:

Black terrorist teens raging through calm neighborhoods slashing cars, drug dealing, gang activity and my favorite: the game of broken windshields.

Being called ignorant white, cracker white trash, etc. For absolutely no reason other than hatred.

Being assaulted by blacks on trains for being white.

Was sexually assaulted by a black man on a crowded uptown train. White men ignored it.

Was in a diner with other whites having brunch when young thugs started in with racist and sexist comments. One friend had her face broken by a roundhouse. Not one white male who was in this liberal area helped. There were only 2 thugs versus 40 whites. Years later after one of the thugs was let go, he was arrested for kidnapping and raping a white woman.

Recently while walking my young dog down the street. Hispanic trash was blocking the sidewalk. I say excuse me and try to get around. Somehow my polite behavior elicited a violent response towards me. The man threatened to beat me and my dog. I pullout my legal mace and he ran behind his woman to hide. I was right around the corner from my house.

I was run over by an SUV on a sidewalk when walking home. 2 Spanish street garbage folks were having a knock down drag out fight and the bitch grabbed the wheel. I ended up in the hospital for 5 weeks. The doctors were actually surprised I lived. The bitch came over to me when I was on the ground with collapsed lungs, broken ribs, pelvis, tailbone and lacerated liver and tells me I’m lucky to be alive. She’s lucky I couldn’t get up. I couldn’t walk for 6 months. 3 years later I still suffer with pain and had given up on horseback riding or anything else that may impact my weakened pelvis. So we have racial problems with racist spics too. White lives don’t matter.

The black hooligans that go to Dickinson HS have been rioting for years. They always explain it away as poverty issues. They leave school grounds and destroy neighboring property. When I’ve called the school to complain, they say they have no control what the students do outside. The cops go only right outside the school. Any blocks around them are fair game for their criminal behavior. Most of these animals actually travel from other areas to attend this failure of a school.

I commented about white men not sticking up for white women is very true. I have experienced it and watched it. We can’t conceal carry here or i would. Thankfully some women do help vulnerable people. I’ve had to man up more than a few times to stop black violence against people when white men just sat there watching. White liberal women excuse it. I don’t. Look what’s happening to European women at the hands of invading mobs.

If a white man refuses to stick up for the victims in their own community, they can’t complain when their women are assaulted. All these feminized white men with their man buns reading Marx and lenin. I work in the construction industry you’ll find real white men there. I always feel safe with them.
Thankfully, there’s real men in this country like you. You give me hope we can turn this around.

Please see links below for the history of ongoing violence at Dickinson where poverty and white racism is the cause. Included are stats and maps of black gangs and black violence. We have white trash too. I actually feel somewhat safe around.

There is ongoing violence that never gets reported. I know Dickinson continues to be the same old problem even though they don’t talk about.

Last year alone:
Riots, stabbings and gun violence were rampant with little coverage. The school gets locked down and tons of cops. Nothing ever changes except leadership. I learn what happened by my neighbors – not the news unless it’s to big to cover up.

I bought my retirement property in a rural area that is wealthy and white. I paid a lot but it was worth it to have some peace in my older years if I make it out alive.

Dear Colin,

Life changing event. I know exactly what you’re talking about.

Many of my worse early memories are of being attacked by a large mob of blacks. This was during a school trip to Washington DC, visiting a museum in a bad section of the city.

The buses pulled up as close to the doors as possible and we were told to run into the building, not to stop till we were inside. After the tour we were lined up and again told to run onto the buses. When we first got there, there wasn’t a soul in sight, but when we left, there was over a hundred of them, throwing rocks, bottles, whatever they got there paws on.

The yelling and screaming racial crap was mind blowing, yeah it changed our minds on what they were forever-pure evil. How can you do that to children?

We weren’t allowed out of the hotel either.

Two kids who strayed to far from the group were jumped, beat up and robbed by blacks. The one kid just got a new watch for his birthday, they even took that along with any money he had.

Dear Colin,

I worked part-time in an AMC movie theater in 1991-1992. While I was going to school and before I went to Missouri for Army basic training. We were in a well-to-do middle class, mostly-white suburb and except for a bank robber on foot who fled from the cops and temporarily hid in one of the auditoriums before taking off again and a few derelicts and drunks who came in during matinee time we never had any problems.

One time though the theater was obliged to show “House Party 2”. Blacks came in from out of town in droves and were constantly sneaking in without paying for a ticket and being loud and obnoxious to other patrons and some of the female employees. Someone would buy one ticket then go to to exit doors in the end of the hallway by the auditoriums and open them from the inside and let 5, sometimes up to 10 other dindus in like it was a free-for-all. Or they would go to the fire exits in the dark area behind the movie screen and open the doors there from the inside to let all their ‘homies and hoodrats in. The doors had silent alarms which gave a signal to an office upstairs to let us know those doors were being opened without a good reason. We had to post our people at all the exit doors constantly to keep that scam from going on, while that movie was playing, taking personnel away from our regular duties. Eventually our manager had had enough and went against corporate and pulled the movie early from showing it there anymore.

Dear Colin,

My oldest son was robbed of his cheap little phone at gun point, when he was 17 by a pair of black thugs after work in the parking lot.

They jerked his car door open, started going for his keys. He was fighting back, they punched him in the face 3 times, stuck a gun in his face & repeatedly threatened to kill him. Finally they took his phone, then used the gun to bust his tail-light as they ran off. I can’t describe seeing his bruised face & hearing what happened. I wanted to go “hunting”.

I can’t imagine how this kids folks feel! Your kid’s out doing the right thing, earning their way & scum like this can just take it ALL away. But they’re the victims!
Just makes my blood boil…

Letter: Did we just save this reader’s life…

Colin,

I live in a city setting in Northern Virginia, and I’ve always been on the alert side of things. However, I believe your books and videos helped be a difference maker for me that may have saved my life tonight.

Since I’ve become aware of your work, I’ve taken up the challenge to pass along the information to others.

About an hour ago (11:30 p.m.), I pulled in front of my townhouse and began putting groceries in my vestibule, all the time keeping an eye on the surroundings. As I’m returning for one last item, an older Ford Taurus pulls up across the street. I’m a pretty sizable guy, and a black man the same size jumps out of his car, heads towards me, and begins with the “excuse me” opener. Of course, an “excuse me” from a car window would’ve had me on alert, but a guy pulling over, jumping out and heading towards me had me heading for my door without hesitation.

I yelled over my shoulder as I moved with all due speed inside my vestibule “It’s 11 o’clock at night, dude!” and picked up the weapon I had inside the door. I had a knife and a kabuton on me, but it happened so fast, I didn’t think to go for them until afterwards. That’s the thing; time was of the essence. If I hadn’t been right at my unlocked door with access to a visible and sizable weapon there, who knows what would have happened, especially with my family just upstairs.

In years past, I’m thinking I might have asked what was up. If not that, I might have hesitated. The unbridled reality that you and the courageous people who have been on the podcasts and have written letters made it clear to me that action had to be taken in a split second without regard to concern for potential offense for profiling or whatever it would be called. I can accept dying for my faith, my family, and so on, but I won’t willingly die for PC fantasies or PC scorn/shaming. Again, thank you for your work.

Hi Colin,

I went to an all black middle 90%. In history class the teacher handed out a test example

Who was the boxer who was champion stinging like a bee : Muhammad Ali

Who was the Olympic track star in Germany: Jesse Owens

Question like these I got a 100% no one else did in my class and I never forget what Mrs. Williams said how could you all let a white kid get a 100% in black history….never forgot that this was back in 1987.

Hi Colin,

I used to be a teacher at the high school down the street from the subway shop. I left for a “white” district because my former school would not suspend black kids for fighting, drugs, and constant disruptions in class.

My last straw was when a very large black student was angry because I confiscated his phone in class. His phone rang, he got up, pushed me out of the way to grab is phone, then said, “wat chu gonna do”. I fully documented everything in the referral and NOTHING happened. Another great teacher that will not teach in the hood.
