In Case You Were Wondering: Five Reasons Why Black People Resort to Violence.
REASON NUMBER ONE:
Slavery & Racial Oppression
The treatment of enslaved Black people was generally characterized by degradation, dehumanization, and fatal brutalities. The violent tactics of whippings, rapes and executions was a normal way of life for them.
Men were stripped of any form of pride and self respect by being humiliated in front of his family. Women were often taken from their husbands and raped at their owner’s discretion which further diminished the black man’s sense of self worth as well as the woman’s self esteem (Dubois, The Souls Of Black Folk, 1903).
The brutal treatment of Black people continued well after slavery legally ended, through the days of Jim Crow, Civil Rights, and, to a certain extent today. The trauma caused by this psychological brutality resulted in severe damaged to the mind of the victims, which manifested as an identity crisis, self hate, low self worth, and a distrust of the world at large. This mentality has been passed down through generations.
Today, conditions such as low socioeconomic status, social deprivation, inadequate education, high unemployment, and the criminal industrial complex has reinforced this negative mentality, which has and still affects behavior in the Black community today, including young black boys.

Not one black person is living today lived in the days of slavery. Using what happened to their ancestors is just an excuse for not accepting responsibility of their present situation. Very few blacks today seem to even know much of their past history so most just blame whitey. In fairness, white public schools never taught very much black history. Black have a lot of men and women in their past history as well as the present to be proud of but they chose racism as an excuse. While there are men like Al Sharpton and Jemimah Wright who use race to stir up blacks against whites, they are also men like Dr. Ben Carson and Allen West who believe in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. They have choice as to who to believe. Both Dr. Carson and Allen West realize we can’t keep bring up the past if we plan to move forward.

Wow. Actually, I’m not surprised at all. Blacks are complaining about racism and oppression in China, as we marvel at black thought and dysfunction in the western hemisphere.
Africans complained of White Apartheid, and are now crying over China’s ‘oppression’ in their lands.
Basically put, If you succeed around Blacks, you’re oppressing them – AND you’re racist!
Just ask non-Black business owners that dared to open their doors and succeed in Black neighborhoods. Case closed.
Really? So how many black people alive today experienced slavery?
If slavery two hundred years ago is to blame, then why do blacks behave in exactly the same way, with the same kind of crime and violence in countries that had no slavery? Like Zimbabwe, South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Sudan, Haiti, Britain, France, Italy. Just name any country they have migrated to and stats will show they have high rates of crime in those places just as they do here, and they dumb down the schools, because they can’t learn, also.
If there is any difference, it would be in fewer incidents, only because their numbers are greater here.
The slavery excuse is all nonsense and simply just a flimsy excuse for people who do evil things and want to find a scape goat to blame so they won’t be held accountable for their criminality.
It’s the same excuse they use for failing in school and not being able to keep up, when the real reason is that they can’t learn…as a group….on the same level as other racial groups. We’re all familiar with the “achievement gap.”
Lying about their many pathologies is just going to encourage more of the same. And THAT road will take them to dysfunction as a people with greater percentages of them in prison or into civil war during which they’ll be overwhelmed and hammered back into a tiny portion of the nation…..at least what is left of them.
Following the 1066 battle of Hastings the population of England became slaves. It wasn’t called “slavery” … it was called “Serfdom”. There was in practice no difference. If your Norman overlord wanted to take your wife, or flog you, or kill you, then that is what happened. This lasted for centuries, just like black slavery.
Serfdom ended in England because the “serfs” were bright enough to negotiate for better rights following the “The Black Death” in the 14th century which killed nearly half the population and which increased the value of labour.
This negotiation was possible because there was no fundamental difference in IQ between those of Norman descent and those descended from the original population.
It is however well documented (“The Bell Curve”) that the average IQ of black Americans is around 85 against a white/Asian average of around 100. (The average IQ’s of African blacks is in the 70’s).
The difference in IQ means that black Americans are less competitive in education and in job prospects, meaning that many will remain unemployed and at the bottom of the socio-economic spectrum.
This leads to resentment on the part of blacks against whites, especially wealthy whites, leading to black violence.
It is of course not politically correct to refer to the difference in IQ’s between whites/Asians and blacks, probably because it is an intractable problem with no real solution.

So this is currently passing as the reason for black predation and crime in general. A room temperature IQ, a fantasy of inherited social pathologies from an historical group experience, and a truck load of narcissism nets a completely false and hateful scenario like this one.

Consider Australia where England established as a giant penal colony to send their criminals back in the 19th century. It’s now the only highly civilized, first world country in that hemisphere.
Asians, particularly the Chinese, have been the most brutalized race in recorded history according to the research of the great Thomas Sowell. Today they are among the world leaders in manufacturing, and scientific research, and whatever the country they settle, they prosper while rigorously obeying laws and social rules. Their criminal element is minuscule compared to any other race.
The black underclass was created by blacks themselves while being financed by the federal government. Until they end the pathological pattern living in the past, developing fantasies of perpetual persecution, rejecting government as their false god, and confronting their pattern of PMS — poor me syndrome — their lives will only get worse.

People in general break the law because that’s what kind of people they are, criminals! Slavery ended a ling time ago. I’m sure that persecution against them persisted, but that does not justify what some blacks are doing today. Since what was done to “their ancestors” was wrong, then it’s wrong for blacks to do today to others. Another reason that many of them are so violent is because they get away with it. They are simply not held accountable for their actions. I know many blacks are raised in very poor conditions, but they do not have to continue to CHOOSE to live like that. Many other blacks were raised the same way and chose to get an education, get good jobs, and be productive members of society. As long as some people give them excuses for why they behave badly, they will continue to do so.

Well, why aren’t I like that? The Barbary Corsairs stole English people from the south coast of England and took them to Africa. They were never released and there is now a white tribe of Africans which is descended from the White Slaves.
This slave trade took place long before Europeans bought African slaves from African sellers. Actually, the slave trade is still rife in Africa.
Using the Slavery excuse (and it is just an excuse) doesn’t wash. All criminals use EXCUSES to justify their wrongdoing. It is disappointing the article appeared on here. What it does is “blame the victims” of black brutality. Victims are never to blame for violence committed against them. Society is never to blame for a criminal’s behavior. I get so sick of see all the “clap-trap” about poor black people feeling discriminated against & that’s why they are so brutal. That is just so much “bleeding” heart liberalism. THERE IS NO EXCUSE! I think blacks are frustrated because they don’t compete very well and need an edge to succeed…they fall into that gimmee gimmee frame of mind, comes from their African roots (warlords, thugs, violence)
I respect your opinion but, I think it comes from their American roots of: warlords, drug lords, thugs & gang violence. It is criminality pure and simple. Chicago style organized crime which is rampant anywhere there is a large black community. It has even crept out into remote rural areas.
The huge problem of black violence in the USA isn’t isolated to the United States. Look at Africa and you will see that warlords, thugs, and gang violence is the norm.

I read the comments section and a lot of the people commenting stated basically that the past is the past and it was time that we stop useing the past as a crutch. I liked a lot of the comments.
If you surf the web when one of these black crime events come up you’re going to find that there’s an immense amount of white outrage that is more hostile and angry at blacks than what you read here.
Many speak of armed response, armed resistance, and, like Thomas Sowell, a coming civil war. You can almost hear some of them screaming.
I think we’re going through a huge paradigm shift in this country regarding race especially.
I fear that you are on to something. There’s a wierd schism going on where I can hear some people ever more protective of thier PCness and an equal (and increasing) rejection of it. I’m also getting a sense of a lot hopelessness from other Americans about the state of our country coupled with an immense sense of betrayl from the part of our government. It is all turning into a lethal combonation.

Organisations state that there are 30 millions slaves in the world today, and most of them are in Africa, the Middle East, and in Asia. Where is the outcry by black so-called civil rights leaders? It’s nowhere!!! Why? Because the are a bunch of self-centered money and fame mongers!
