Something’s gotten into the good people of Indianapolis: They now have frequent and regular and serious black mob violence in their once bucolic city.
And some people are wondering when city leaders are going to do more about it than put the offenders on a bus.

the interview with the police chief repeatedly stated, “Youth” violence. I believe this is incorrect.
