What do you think the face of racism looks like? The snarling, ugly, crooked teeth, hunched back, and stove-pipe hat of a Simon Legree?
Come on, man. This is 2013.
The face of racism today is pretty. Polished. Smooth talking. Cloying. It looks like this:
This is the Councilwoman-elect Laurie Cumbo, soon to be represent the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn.
The same place where all the black on Jewish violence takes place. Most recently taking the form of what people are calling the Knockout Game.
Call it what you will, in Crown Heights it features black people attacking Jewish people. Then laughing. And if there is a bit of robbery involved, that’s all good as well.
The solons at the New York Times may be trying to figure out if the Knockout Game is real or a figment of this correspondent’s imagination. But Jewish people in Crown Heights are way past that: They knew they are under constant threat of black mob violence. Whatever we are calling it this year.
That is nothing new for this neighborhood: I documented black on Jewish violence in Crown Heights and other areas in White Girl Bleed a Lot: The Return of Racial violence to American and How the Media Ignore it. (The Amazon #1 Best Selling Civil Rights Book in America, thank you very much!)
And if you want to go back to 1991, I was happy to see a recent article where the author pointed out the Crown Heights riots of that year so ably abetted by Al Sharpton were not “fights.” They were attacks. And city leaders allowed them to continue for three days.
The soon to be honorable Cumbo is also way past any doubt whether blacks are systematically beating and terrorizing Jewish people in Crown Heights. “As an African American woman, this is challenging, because I recognize that it is Black children and not Jewish children that are playing the “Knock Out Game,” she said on her FaceBook page — with approving comments from Eliot Spitzer, no less.
Cumbo is also way past explaining racial violence. That’s old news as well. Though she does go through the motions with a few half-hearted stabs at this institution failing this, that leader not talking about that.
Everybody knows that.
Cumbo is now in full reparations mode. Thanks to DNAinfo.com, we learned from the soon to be councilwoman how:
“Many African American/Caribbean residents expressed a genuine concern that as the Jewish community continues to grow, they would be pushed out by their Jewish landlords or by Jewish families looking to purchase homes,” Cumbo wrote in the 1,200-word letter, which was emailed to supporters and posted on her Facebook page.
“I respect and appreciate the Jewish community’s family values and unity that has led to strong political, economic and cultural gains. While I personally regard this level of tenacity, I also recognize that for others, the accomplishments of the Jewish community triggers feelings of resentment, and a sense that Jewish success is not also their success.”
She added that these sentiments among black Crown Heights residents “offer possible insight as to how young African American/Caribbean teens could conceivably commit a ‘hate crime’ against a community that they know very little about.”
Jewish success not their success?
This is the language of extortion. Blackmail. All we need is one final admission that she and her constituents don’t want it all, just enough to get their “beaks wet.”
And you thought the face of racism and extortion was Simon Legree threatening to whip you if you did not hand over a fistful of silver dollars?
Come on, man.
Cumbo continues with lots of talk about history, and mutual understanding and how are we going to stop the violence and increase understanding and, my second-favorite: Why do we just care about it when it happens to Jews, and ignore black on black violence?

The recent November 26th article published in The Jewish Week, paints African American teens in a dangerous light, and could cause the vast majority of innocent young people of color to be seen as criminals in the Crown Heights community as a result of the actions of a dangerous small minority.
A classic script-flipping move: Please tell me you noticed how all of a sudden the victims are the predators. And the predators, victims.
And some how, on some level, Jews are responsible for the violence against them. If not, why offer to meet to resolve the differences? When in fact the only real disagreement is whether black people should systematically and spontaneously — but not randomly — assault Jews in Brooklyn.
Now that Cumbo has re-established the natural order of life in Crown Heights, all that is left is a meeting to two to set the terms of surrender. And the amount of reparations.
It won’t take long.

i am surprised the jewish landlords rented to blk tenents, considering all the problems this entails. i can see some special cases, here & there for afro americans. in general if they are from carib/ west africa, that is crazy for any landlord to do. i know the west afrian culture from the poor to the middle class, i wouldnt touch it w/a 10 ft pole. it would be nice if the jews can reclaim their neighborhood, it was orginally theirs. does the councilwoman know this info?
After all the help the Jewish community has and continues to give the black community, they should be in good hands with more like Laurie Cumbo. After all, the
black community is exemplary in reciprocation. That’s a guarantee!

Yes, that’s true. And it is also called jealousy, and resorting to violence because of jealousy is commonly referred to as HATE.
And beating someone mercilessly, because you hate them due to jealousy ranks right down there in the depths of evil that is in a location that is very close to the gates of Hell.
Black jealousy and resentment is the basis for the other 99% of attacks on whites. Of course preaching anti-white hatred by the likes of Oprah Winfrey, Al, Jesse, Farrakhan, Wright, Smiley Cornell West, et al, and all the black talking heads on t.v., surely plays a part in stoking the rage of these criminal perps. But it is jealousy and resentment that is a motivator as well.
It is jealousy and resentment that prompts them to bully Asians in schools they attend with black populations.
They try it with Hispanics but the little brown worker ants fight back, sometimes viciously. That’s why Lee Baca, LA County sheriff, revealed in an LA Times article that Southern Calif. is embroiled in a black/Hispanic race war right now where murders are occurring whenever one side ventures into the other side’s territory.
Notice that this black woman can’t even address the iossue of out-of-control black crime and violence without making blacks victims of something.
And did you almost vomit as I did when she addressed them as “children?” I mean these are the same types who beat an older man so viciously they drove his head between the iron pickets of a fence where he was wedged until he died. That’s how the police found him.
But, remember, be nice, now, because these are “their children.”
Blacks are the most hateful racist people in the entire world…my Asian wife came to this country with no prejudices…blacks have treated her as if she were an insect, she avoids blacks now…I teach our 10 year old son to never let a black get close to him or he could get punched!
She’s not pretty, by the way. “Polished. Smooth talking. Cloying.” Maybe. But pretty, NO.
I don’t believe this woman is mature or intelligent enough to really believe what she wrote in her childish message. It does appear, however, that she has been effectively programmed.
Her message is right out of the “angry black political playbook” that has been used for decades. It is near infantile in it’s reasoning, but apparently accepted as fact by an emotionally-governed constituency that won’t take personal responsibility for its own. The tactic killed Detroit while its black kleptocrats bled that city to death.
Felons “think” like she does which makes her a natural rep for her constituency. She’ll go far. The bonus for her is that she gets to play dress-up.
Ah, yes, the Crown Heights riots when Mayor Dinkins dithered for days. Nah, nothing suspicious about that ;~)
It’s fascinating that this woman complains that nobody cares about black on black violence, even though it’s a non stop public topic and billions of dollars are spent trying to fix it to no avail.
What nobody seems willing to talk about is that no matter who the victim is, the aggressor is far too frequently black.
Blacks attack blacks, blacks attack whites, blacks attack jews, blacks attack asians.
It’s not like a pattern is emerging. It’s more like a huge single color canvas is in front of you and you only need to recognize its color.
I believe that black on black violence is integrally related to the black on white violence. Black leaders in these cities blame whitey for everything – and blacks develop an attitude that they bear no responsibility for their actions. These corrupt black leaders – politicians, administrators, etc. – embezzle money from the community coffers, much of which has traditionally been donated or tax-funded, while they tell their constituents that whitey keeps them poor and oppressed. The leaders inculcate helplessness, dependency, and hatred for both whitey and ultimately, themselves, in black people. Black on black violence would be decreased significantly if blacks were held responsible for their racism. This is one reason why nobody ‘cares about black on black violence;’ to change it would require getting at some of its roots in the scapegoating of whites, which black elites cannot allow to happen.
I agree with Henry H.. PC was developed by them. No self-respecting white person would come up with such a perversion of thought. There was a guy here in Minneapolis that was trying to run for mayor whose name was cohen I belive and his motto in running was ‘Stop Rasicm Now’. Whose ‘racism’ was he referring to?
Also, the two Minneapolis cops that were involved with that tussle in Green Bay were fired today from the MPD. If this had been reversed, we would never have heard about it.
The US was founded on class conflict between whites. Wealthy whites would never have implicated themselves as ‘ white privileged,’ and middle/lower class whites would never have allowed themselves to be accused of being privileged either. The whole concept was designed by jewish people to camouflage jewish privilege. Think about how much capital jews accumulated being the moneylenders, tax collectors and merchant class during the centuries before industrialization, when the vast majority of whites were poor serfs essentially. They brought that into the US and then panicked as industrialization opened the way for the democraticization of education, especially higher education. Jews never had to compete in the class system and for the rewards of intellectualism with europeans in pre-industrial Europe. During the Middle Ages white men weren’t even allowed to read. This gigantic economic head start is where the myth of jewish intelligence derives. It’s as mythical as it’s counterpart, ‘White Privilege.’
The thing of ‘jewish success’ is, that when a white person achieves ‘success’ it’s due to how innately evil, unearned privileged they are…but when the jews, OTOH, have ‘success’ it’s due to…innate ‘genius’ and ‘industriousness.’ Yeah right. Something’s not kosher when the jews have been among the chief proponents of the White Privilege Myth, right alongside blacks, but then squeal and holler when their actual privilege, and jewish privilege is a reality not a myth, is impugned. In every environment outside of NYC I’ve been in that’s been integrated, the jews help foment attacks against whites by blacks, hispanics. The jews call white women ‘dirty, unclean’ or ‘abomination,’ in yiddish with their expression shiksa. Certain elements of orthodox jews are also squeezing tax monies out of the working white middle class by orchestrating rackets in which they get some county, like Ocean in NJ, to build luxury public housing – for jews only. They do this by politically influencing the design of it so only families with numerous children are allowed in, due to apartments being built with many bedrooms. I even know a jew who admitted this community feels entitled to ‘repopulate’ at the white man’s expense. All around NY and NJ jews organize and rig the system to bleed the white middle class, who forgo having children because they can’t afford them. So maybe some of these blacks on welfare sense that their legal representation is jewish, but their main competition in faking victimization is too.
Blacks absolutely know the difference between whites and jews, and also know who funds their victim racket. It’s why they’ve been lynching fair WHITE women for decades. Check the body count – it’s not jewish. Same goes for the massacre of white men in the neo con wars. Jewish Noel Ignatiev not only coined the term White Privilege, but also wrote the propaganda piece How the Irish Became White, which has been refuted even by some of his irish sources for it. He recently exhorted white males to kill themselves en masse. He and I agree on one thing – jews aren’t whites, and whites aren’t jews.
No one has mastered the art of hate crime hoax better than TCP.
noel ingnatiev is mentally ill. most jews havnt even heard of him, hes an insane radical. not all jews are part of that game, many have turned conservative especially these days. 1) how much “luxury” is in that govt funded housing? 2) jews took up money lending as they were shutout of many things. handling $ was not considered a respectful profession by the christians. some jews came to NY rich, most came dirt poor. some never made it above working class. learn your history.
That’s just it – the public housing they maneuvered to get built exclusively for them is luxurious. I and others have seen it. It’s nicer than the average middle class apartment building in NJ. A documentary film was made about a protest movement that developed, a tent city, in the woods right across the street from it.
Jews were not shut out of anything really. They went into Europe of their own volition, invited at various junctures by the european powers, to exploit the european masses in these banking, tax collecting, accounting, and merchant jobs. It’s ludicrous to describe this wholly voluntary invasion of the european masses’ space and rights as some kind of oppression. Learn your history and stop parroting jewish lies.
Jews came into this country with all that capital they squeezed out of the european people, and contrary to what you assert, tended to share it with incoming jews. I get this from one of the pre-eminent jewish history scholars at Princeton, and from observation.
Judaism is us versus them (the goyim). Trying to pretend otherwise is silly. The creed of judaism says it all. The Talmud calls for lying and murdering ‘the goy.’ It is racist imperialism and nothing more.
