Letter from Rachel.

Dear Colin,

I’m Rachel. On Jan 16, 2012 I was about half of a mile from my house and on the way to work. I pulled over to text. I didn’t think the black kids I had passed was anything to worry about. Before I knew it, they jumped into my car. I ended up being shot at 4 times and hit once.

The 16 year old that shot me wanted to honor MLKJ by killing a cracker. I was the first cracker that got in their way that day. I now hate, don’t trust and I can’t stand even being in public.

The 16 year old that shot me did a home invasion 13 days after my carjacking and executed 5 young men. The bastard only got 25 years for ALL OF IT.

I’m disgusted by the fact he will be able to get out. Thanks for your books. It gives survivors like myself a bit of justice because we damn sure ain’t getting any from the court system.

Shortly after I was shot the Trayvon Martin case came along. Trayvon was casing homes because you can see into a window a lot easier than people on the inside can see out.

I think GZ seen this activity. I think Trayvon thought GZ was lost or looking for a friends house to watch the game. I believe Trayvon thought GZ was an easy mark to rob. That’s why he walked up to GZ’s truck fronting like he was packing a weapon. Trayvon seen GZ on the phone and took off running…hid out and waited for the easy mark to come strolling around the back of the townhomes. He watched GZ until GZ hung up the phone.

Hell, TM even asked GZ a question in order to get close enough…or draw GZ close enough for him to take a cheap shot. I believe that Trayvon decided to rob GZ that night and ended up getting his ass handed to him.

Trayvon wanted to burglarize houses in that community before going back home with his Mom. He could take the loot back home to gang infested Miami Gardens.

As far as me, I’m packing now and I wont hesitate to blow someones brains out if they have any. Sorry for my grammar, I know it’s horrible..lol. Have a nice day Colin. Thank you so much for being my voice. I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way.

This is the bastard that shot me. He was trial for the executions in this article. Reginald Mims. You wont ever hear them say why he targeted me. One of the cops told me the truth about it being an honor thing on MLK day but they would NEVER say anything about that part of it in the news. http://l.facebook.com/l/4AQGfdeozAQF9kIuVKQnHMSmUm0OrslNT-CFaLl1kiCKhRA/blog.al.com/spotnews/2012/04/hearing_reveals_details_on_jan.html
