This is something of a first for Minneapolis: large scale racial violence at a school featuring 200-300 black people pelting other students, police and staff with bottles and other objects.
The racial violence and lawlessness is not a first: This is just one of dozens of examples of racial violence in the Minneapolis area over the last three years. But this is the first time I have seen the Star Tribune acknowledge it.
I am always amazed at how much of this happens in Minneapolis.
